Terms of use · Masrouf for Work

Masrouf for Work is provided by Mark Nourallah, trading as Masrouf (“Masrouf”, “we”). It turns receipts into the expense pack your firm expects: an expense sheet, a timesheet and the receipt files. You send receipts from the app or on WhatsApp, check what was read, and download the pack or hand it to your agency.

These terms apply to everyone who uses Masrouf at masrouf.ai or through its WhatsApp number. By opening an account you agree to them.

• You can open an account yourself, as a consultant or for an agency, or join from an agency’s emailed invitation. Whoever opens an agency account must be entitled to act for that company. We check each new agency before its invitations go out, and may refuse or close it.
• An account is for one person, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, telling you first where we can.

• What you send stays yours. You let us store and process it only to provide the service: read it, file it, build your pack, and share the pack with an agency you have accepted.
• An AI reads your receipts and we flag what looks doubtful, but you check a pack before you finish it, and you are responsible for what you submit to your firm.

• An agency sees nothing about you until you accept its invitation, in Masrouf or from the link it emails you.
• From then on it sees your name, email and firm, the dates and history of periods you are working on (never their contents), and every pack you finish while you report to it.
• It never sees packs you finished before you joined it or under another agency.
• You report to one agency at a time, and can leave from Settings at any time. Copies it already downloaded stay with it.
• What an agency bills for your work, and when it pays you, is between you and the agency. We show the agency its own figures; we are not a party to that arrangement.

• Use Masrouf for your own work expenses. Do not send content that is unlawful, that is not yours to send, or that is meant to probe or overload the service.
• Do not try to reach anyone else’s data. Access is limited to your account and to the agencies you have accepted.
• Automatic reading has limits: 120 reads an hour and 400 a day per account, and an estimated AI cost limit of US$5 a month for accounts opened by sign-up or invitation. Over the hourly or daily limit, nothing is read or filed until later; over the monthly limit, bills are filed for you to fill in.

• Messages sent to the Masrouf number are filed into the account linked to that phone. WhatsApp is run by Meta under its own terms.
• When your agency asks, we send you WhatsApp reminders and notices about your own packs. Reply STOP to turn them off, START to turn them back on, or use the switch in Settings → Privacy & data. Replies to what you send are not affected.

• Masrouf is offered as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but cannot promise it always will be, and we may change or withdraw features.
• We tell you about a change to these terms that matters, in the app or by email, at least 30 days before it applies.
• Where a fee applies, it is shown before you agree to it. Pilot use is free unless we tell you otherwise.

• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for an expense claim a firm rejects, for a pack submitted late, or for indirect losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid Masrouf in the twelve months before it.
• Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

• You can stop using Masrouf at any time and delete your account in Settings → Privacy & data. An agency account can be deleted once nobody reports to it.
• Deleting removes your receipts, packs and profile, as the privacy policy describes. Packs an agency already downloaded stay with it.
• We can end the service or your access with reasonable notice, or at once if these terms are broken.

• How we handle personal data is in the privacy policy.
• Nothing in these terms takes away protections you have under the law where you live.
